Fascinating Furniture Experiences! Gallery St. Elmo consigns and sells ecclectic home furnishings in the heart of downtown Bethesda Maryland. “We should be moving beyond paper bags and tin cans and be recycling our stuff,” says Bethesda consignment shop owner Sarah Fantuzzo of Gallery St. Elmo. “With the recent widespread increase in awareness of the importance of preserving our environment more people are finding out what design savvy and budget conscious shoppers have known for years – that decorating secondhand is a wonderful (and green!) way to add personality to a home on any budget without sacrificing quality.”
Interests
Gallery St. Elmo was founded in 1994 by Audrey Demas with a vision to complement the many great secondhand clothing shops of Bethesda with one that focused on quality home decor at affordable prices. Since then Bethesda has seen a tremendous growth in stores that specialize in furniture and home furnishings. Design Within Reach, Random Harvest, Urban Country, Loft living, The Blue House, to name a few, make this a great destination for style savvy shoppers as well as bargain hunters. Now operated by daughter Sarah Fantuzzo, the shop's eclectic inventory continues turn over rapidly!
